About this role

The Trade Union ST is the largest trade union within the public sector, with 100,000 members working in government agencies, companies, universities, colleges, and state-funded foundations. The student activities of the Trade Union ST focus on informing students about the job market in the public sector and union organization, as well as recruiting student members and doctoral candidates. We aim to ensure that our student members understand their rights and have a good start to their working lives, while also guiding and inspiring them towards job opportunities in the public sector. As a trade union, we advocate for a sustainable working life and seek to improve our members' employment conditions regarding salary, development opportunities, influence, and participation. The union is growing and is currently in an exciting period of change, where many working methods and approaches are under development, offering you a varied and enriching job. The Trade Union ST is a member of TCO and politically independent. When we take a stance on political issues, we do so based on our members' interests and with the aim of improving their conditions, never from a partisan perspective.
