Your assignment:
As a student ambassador, you will work with your team to help Vision grow as a union by recruiting new student members at your university. The tasks primarily involve conducting classroom presentations and information booths, as well as participating in fairs and career days. You will also work with marketing and keep track of what is happening at your university. You and your team will drive the local operations and member growth, receiving support and coaching from your operations manager or section leader.

We would prefer if you:
• Have experience in service and/or sales
• Have at least 1 year left of your studies
• Have been or are engaged in student life at your university
The position is a fixed-term employment for approximately 15 hours/month per semester. The starting salary is 140 SEK/hour excluding vacation pay, with the possibility of salary increases each semester. We expect you to share the values of the trade union movement, but you do not need prior knowledge of Vision or unions – we will provide that training.
The start date for the employment is January 2026, beginning with an introductory training at Vision's office in Stockholm on January 14-15.
