Your Assignment:
As a student information officer, you'll work with your team to help Vision grow as a trade union by recruiting new student members at your university. Main tasks include classroom presentations, information booths, and participating in career fairs and job markets. You'll also work on marketing and stay informed about what's happening at your specific university. You and your team will drive local operations and membership growth, with support and coaching from your operations or section manager.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
• Is a student at Linköping and Norrköping University
• Is social and outgoing
• Collaborates well in teams
• Is responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Is results-driven and enjoys working towards goals
• Is creative
• Has excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
We Prefer Candidates Who:
• Have experience in service and/or sales
• Have at least 1 year remaining in their studies
• Have been or are engaged in student life at their university
The position is a fixed-term contract per semester, approximately 30 hours/month. Starting wage is 140 SEK excluding holiday pay, with potential for salary increases each semester. We assume you share the trade union movement's values, but no prior knowledge of Vision or unions is required - we'll provide that training.
Start date is January 2026, beginning with an introductory training on January 14-15.
