As a customer service representative, you will initially handle incoming emails from existing and potential customers. Your mission will be to provide top-notch service by advising Snälltåget's customers, answering their questions, and resolving simpler issues via both email and phone. In each case, you will need to help the customer find the right solutions and make their daily life easier. The work will be conducted in Snälltåget's own booking system as well as in Salesforce. Your focus will be on delivering an outstanding customer experience, demonstrating high engagement, and achieving clear objectives.
There will be times when you will be alone in the office, so it is important that you are self-driven and comfortable taking on your own responsibilities. Working hours are primarily scheduled for evenings and weekends to allow for easier combination with your studies. You need to be available to work at least 16 hours a week and be able to work up to full-time during the Christmas and summer periods.
At the beginning of your employment, you will receive thorough training and guidance, after which you are expected to work independently with your tasks. The position is expected to start as soon as we find the right candidate.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who:
- Is studying and has at least 1.5 years left in their studies.
- Is detail-oriented, self-driven, responsible, and has strong communication skills.
- Has prior experience in customer service.
- Is fluent in Swedish and English; knowledge of German is a plus.
