We are seeking someone looking for a side job alongside their studies who is flexible and can work evenings and weekends as a receptionist at the information desk at Birsta City, Sundsvall. We want someone who wants to be at the center of events and can deliver world-class service. We offer you a pleasant job at a wonderful company with extensive customer contact. You will typically work alone on-site but will be part of a work group where you and your colleagues share shifts throughout the week. Job Responsibilities As a receptionist at the information desk, you will daily meet customers seeking quick and efficient assistance. Your role may include the following tasks: • Deliver world-class service to tenants and external visitors • Responsible for selling gift cards, match tickets, and certain administrative tasks • Assist and guide customers as needed • Assist during events • Answer phone and email Qualifications We are seeking someone who understands the importance of professional, flexible, and service-oriented customer interactions. You are solution-oriented, calm, and have an attitude that everything can be resolved! If you study remotely and are partially available during daytime, that is a plus. Additionally, we prefer that you: • Have another primary occupation • Can handle basic administrative tasks • Speak and write fluent Swedish and can communicate in English (additional languages are a plus) • Are skilled in both verbal and written communication • Take significant responsibility for the information desk, are independent and humble Reception experience is beneficial, but most important is your personality and service mindset. Additional Information Start Date: Immediate Scope: On-call/extra as needed Salary: Individual salary setting (Unionen Collective Agreement) This is a consultant assignment where you are employed by KFX and work at a client location.
