ABOUT THE POSITION Syncron is a global tech company that develops and sells world-leading SaaS solutions in service and aftermarket to well-known companies in the manufacturing industry. On behalf of Syncron, we are now seeking a part-time Office Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring that the headquarters in central Stockholm is in good condition and looks welcoming, as well as providing excellent service to the office's employees. We are looking for someone who can start at the turn of the year and who has the ability to work approximately 10-15 hours per week, with great flexibility in choosing working hours, but with a preference for working on Mondays and Wednesdays. The assignment is long-term and is expected to last at least 12 months, with good chances of extension. You will be offered: - A valuable part-time job to complement your studies - A network at a leading global tech company - Valuable experience in service and administration - A dedicated consultant manager who will support and coach you in your ongoing career RESPONSIBILITIES Job Duties * Create a welcoming environment: You ensure that the office's common areas are always inviting and representative, acting as our important link to the property owner. * Responsible for service and logistics: From arranging delightful breakfasts and ensuring that all supplies are in place, to managing smooth administration (invoices, mail, and material purchases). * Support the community: You are the central figure in planning and executing staff parties, after-work events, and larger meetings, which greatly contributes to our strong corporate culture. Mandatory requirements: - Previous experience in a similar role as Office Coordinator/Receptionist - Currently studying at least 50% at a college or university with at least 2 years remaining until graduation, or have another primary occupation - Previous work experience in service and/or administration - Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as internal and external communication occurs in both languages To succeed in this role, you possess the following personal qualities: - Self-driven and proactive - Social and service-minded - Flexible and responsible OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS This recruitment process is managed by Academic Work, and our client's request is that all questions regarding the position be sent to Academic Work.
