Solör Bioenergi Owns and Operates Three Facilities in Mölnlycke, Landvetter, and Bollebygd, Which Together Constitute the Mölnlycke Unit. District Heating Deliveries Are Made from Our Production Facilities Consisting of Biofuel Boilers. You Will Be Based in Mölnlycke but Will Contribute to and Ensure Heat Production at All Three Locations. About the Position As District Heating Production Manager, You Will Have a Key Role in Driving, Developing, and Securing the Operation of Our Production Facilities. You Will Lead and Participate in Daily Operational Work at the District Heating Plant and Be Responsible for Optimizing Production in Collaboration with Distribution and Other Units. This Involves Work in Both Operations and Maintenance, Where You Will Use Your Technical Expertise and Clear Leadership to Ensure the Facilities Operate Optimally, 24/7. A Significant Part of the Role Involves Further Developing Our Work Methods, Where You Will Work with the Team to Develop and Implement Routines, Instructions, and Long-Term Business Plans to Create Security, Efficiency, and Quality in the Operations. You Will Ensure Regulatory Compliance While Leading and Developing the Team Around You.
