Solör Bioenergi Owns and Operates Three Facilities in Mölnlycke, Landvetter, and Bollebygd, Which Together Constitute the Mölnlycke Unit. District Heating Deliveries Are Made from Our Production Facilities Consisting of Biofuel Boilers. You Will Be Based in Mölnlycke but Will Contribute to and Ensure Heat Production at All Three Locations.
About the Position
As District Heating Production Manager, You Will Have a Key Role in Driving, Developing, and Securing the Operation of Our Production Facilities. You Will Lead and Participate in Daily Operational Work at the District Heating Plant and Be Responsible for Optimizing Production in Collaboration with Distribution and Other Units. This Involves Work in Both Operations and Maintenance, Where You Will Use Your Technical Expertise and Clear Leadership to Ensure the Facilities Operate Optimally, 24/7. A Significant Part of the Role Involves Further Developing Our Work Methods, Where You Will Work with the Team to Develop and Implement Routines, Instructions, and Long-Term Business Plans to Create Security, Efficiency, and Quality in the Operations.
You Will Ensure Regulatory Compliance While Leading and Developing the Team Around You. Your Leadership is Crucial, Both in Daily Work and in Building a Strong Safety Culture, Promoting Skills Development, and Creating a Work Environment Where People Thrive and Grow.
The Production Manager Role Also Involves Close Collaboration with Suppliers, Authorities, and Customers, Making You an Important Link Between Technology, Business, and Social Responsibility. You Will Report to the Regional Manager and Participate in Budget Work, Financial Follow-ups, and Identify Improvement Opportunities, All with the Goal of Making Our Operations More Sustainable, Efficient, and Business-Oriented.

To Succeed in the Role, We Seek Someone Who Has:
• At Least 5 Years of Experience in District Heating, Energy, or Similar Technical Operations.
• Documented Leadership Experience Leading Both People and Processes.
• Strong Swedish Language Skills, Both Spoken and Written.
• Ability to Work Systematically, Focusing on Safety, Environment, and Operational Optimization.
• A Solution-Oriented Mindset and Ability to Create Good Relationships with Various Stakeholders.
Personal Suitability Will Be Given Significant Weight.
Additional Details:
Scope: Full-time. Probationary Employment May Be Applied.
Salary: Fixed Monthly Salary, Individual Salary Setting or According to Collective Agreement.
Start Date: As Soon as Possible or by Agreement.
