On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking an experienced facilitator for a strategic development assignment for a management team within the real estate sector in Stockholm. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start on January 19, 2026, and continue until March 20, 2026. There is a possibility for extension for an additional three months depending on the need for ongoing development efforts.
About the assignment
Our client is a larger real estate company with a clear social mission and a strong focus on sustainability, quality, and customer satisfaction. The company's newly appointed CEO has initiated a strategic development effort together with the executive management to ensure that the organization achieves its long-term objectives related to finance, sustainability, and customer experience.
As an external facilitator, you will support the management team in strengthening its collective ability to lead, govern, and coordinate the company’s ongoing development. The assignment aims to create a management team that operates from a holistic perspective, with clear decision-making structures, effective communication, and shared responsibility for translating strategy into action.
The assignment will begin with a current situation analysis, encompassing existing materials such as financial feasibility studies, management structure, and internal communication. This will be followed by two implementation days – a retreat of 1.5 days and a half-day follow-up – along with regular check-ins with the CEO and HR Manager. Written documentation of the entire initiative is included in the assignment.
The goal is to create a management team that:
• Leads and makes decisions based on a holistic view and shared priorities
• Communicates clearly and effectively, both within the management team and throughout the organization
• Fosters engagement, participation, and trust

About you
We are looking for someone with extensive experience working with management teams and CEOs in strategic development, governance, and organizational transformation. You have a documented background in high-level process leadership and combine analytical ability with an understanding of the dynamics of leadership.
We require candidates to meet the following mandatory criteria:
• Many years of experience in strategic management and organizational development work
• Documented expertise in process leadership, management, and governance
• Proficient in Swedish both spoken and written
It is advantageous if you also meet the following criteria:
• Experience in the real estate sector or public sector
• Experience leading development initiatives related to sustainability and customer satisfaction
Desired personal characteristics:
You are attentive, analytical, and cooperative. You quickly build trust and security in groups, work structurally, and have a natural ability to inspire and engage others.
