**Job Responsibilities**
As a Strategic Production Planner, you will play a central role in creating structure, efficiency, and foresight in the company's production flow. You will work closely with the production manager, purchasing, marketing, and the technical department to ensure delivery precision and all flows in production.
You will be responsible for analyzing production data, managing real-time changes, and planning production based on available resources, machine capacity, and supplier conditions. The role involves both strategic and operational responsibilities, where you are expected to have a holistic perspective over the entire production chain.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Responsible for strategic and long-term production planning
- Analyzing data and identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Adjusting planning in the event of machine downtime, absenteeism, or other deviations
- Collaborating closely with purchasing, marketing, and production to ensure delivery capacity
- Contributing to the development of planning processes and digitalization/automation
- Participating in daily production meetings and contributing to proactive solutions
The role entails significant personal responsibility, where you are expected to drive improvements and propose ideas for how the business can develop. In the long term, there is also the opportunity to take on personnel responsibility and participate in leadership training.
**Education, Experience, and Personal Attributes**
**Requirements:**
- Experience in strategic and complex production planning or a similar role within the industry
- Good system proficiency and excellent knowledge of Excel
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
**Meritorious:**
- Education in industrial economics, production technology, or supply chain management
- Experience with planning systems in an ERP environment
- Experience with complex production flows
- Experience with personnel responsibility
