Strategic Planner

Are you interested in working with industrialization and production preparation for high-tech products? For an assignment with a client in Växjö, we are now looking for a consultant for the period from December 2025 to March 2026. The assignment is aimed at those who want to contribute to taking products from the development phase to series production. About the position In this role, you will work with industrialization and the startup of series production. Your tasks will include, among others: • Ensuring that the industrialization process is in place before production starts. • Developing and improving documentation related to production, requirements, quality, and traceability. • Participating in the planning and follow-up of production. • Contributing to creating structure and working methods for long-term efficiency. Experience in industrialization, industrialization processes, and production planning is central. Experience from R&D projects is an advantage. Who are you? You have at least 2 years of full-time experience in the field. You have demonstrated competence in industrialization processes and are accustomed to working with documentation and planning prior to production start. You are structured, meticulous, and used to contributing to long-term improvements.
