Your Role Are you passionate about strategic business planning and have deep insight into Gripen operations? Then you might be the one we're looking for! The role involves identifying how upcoming business can be integrated into current operations and existing contracts, and how the business should be dimensioned going forward. You will work closely with various departments, contracts, and programs within the business area, and your tasks will include: * Scenario planning within ongoing operations * Simulation of future scenarios based on upcoming business together with relevant departments * Analysis of milestones related to cash flow and resource scenarios As a Strategic Business Planner, you will belong to the Project Execution and Support section within the Gripen business unit. The team includes employees who work with planning for ongoing contracts and programs, and are responsible for the planning network and planning methodology within the business unit. Together, you will form the main planning for the Gripen business unit. Your Profile We are seeking a person with broad knowledge and understanding of Gripen development - preferably with experience in business development and strong skills in planning and visualization. You are an analytical and driven individual who can create structure in complex contexts. Furthermore, you have good collaborative abilities, while being self-motivated and comfortable independently gathering information in situations with limited data. We believe you have: * Several years of experience in business development, planning, or other relevant areas * Established understanding and knowledge of Gripen development * Excellent ability to express yourself verbally and in writing, both in Swedish and English The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to current security protection regulations.
