About the Position
As a Strategy Coordinator, you will support the division's management, leaders, and employees in the implementation of Svenska kraftnät's strategy. You will contribute to shaping and developing the strategy work within the Strategic Management Support unit. You will develop, coordinate, and follow up on strategic development activities according to Svenska kraftnät's strategic methodology, creating engagement for the change processes among both managers and employees. You will also establish and lead a network for strategy implementation that gathers representatives from each department.
In addition, you will work on:
• Supporting the division's Chief Strategist in the work with the division's strategy group and strategic planning.
• Ensuring that strategy work is coordinated with other divisions.
• Coordinating, together with the management team, the planning of the division's employee days, management meetings, and management group conferences.
The Strategic Management Support unit will be established after the turn of the year and will be responsible for coordination and governance of the division's operational development. The unit will also be responsible for strategy implementation, as well as cross-division coordination and governance of process development, business architecture, and data and information governance.
About You
Mandatory Requirements:
To succeed in this role, we see that you have experience in change management within larger organizations and in cross-functional collaborations. You have a strong ability to show consideration and build trustful relationships, while also working in a structured and results-oriented manner. You are solution-oriented and can quickly and effectively find paths forward when challenges arise. You have a stable and confident presence, allowing you to handle stress and setbacks constructively.
We place great importance on your personal qualities.
Furthermore, you have a degree at the college or university level or equivalent experience acquired in another way. You have several years of leadership experience in areas such as project management, program management, or equivalent roles.
In addition to the above, you also have:
• Experience in operational governance and follow-up in larger complex organizations.
• Experience in working structurally with methods and processes related to strategic work.
• Excellent proficiency in expressing yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish.
It is advantageous if you have knowledge and experience of:
• Working in the energy sector.
• Working in state/public operations.
