Corporate HR Staff (KSHR) is part of Region Skåne's corporate office and has overall responsibility for management, development, coordination, and follow-up of Region Skåne's strategic personnel work, including IT support connected to the HR area. Region Skåne has a substantial educational mission covering all education levels from high school to university. The work with the educational mission is part of ensuring access to the right skills.
Our unit for the Educational Mission within Skills Supply consists of seven driven colleagues working with education and skills development at a regional level together with administrations and training providers in Region Skåne. Our work is both strategic and operational. Here, you will work with others on development and educational issues.
WORK TASKS
As an Educational Mission strategist, you will lead, drive, organize, and follow up on the assignments and processes you are responsible for. You will work with assignments related to students doing internships in Region Skåne's operations and collaborate with training providers, administration representatives, other KSHR units, and political bodies. Together with your colleagues, you will develop and implement processes related to the educational mission. You will also be involved in developing and implementing a regional education directive.
Initially, you will focus on student groups at vocational college (YH) and high school levels in healthcare. This involves collaborating with vocational colleges and being responsible for work connected to YH educators' declarations of intent. You will lead working groups with representatives from administrations and various educational programs. Additionally, you are expected to stay updated and monitor developments in your area, as well as respond to referrals and motions from political bodies and other authorities.
Beyond the educational mission, you will work with colleagues to ensure the process for financing specialist training for nurses and nursing assistants functions efficiently. Your duty station for this position is Malmö.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking someone with experience independently managing larger projects and/or planning and driving development work. You should have a relevant college or university education. Previous experience collaborating with educational institutions and training providers is required. A background connected to healthcare is desirable, particularly for understanding the overall work context. You should have excellent Swedish language skills and communicate well both verbally and in writing.
We value candidates with an interest in societal and skills supply from a broad perspective. Personally, we seek someone independent with the courage to act, lead, and follow up, and who is comfortable driving independent processes. As the role involves many contact points, you must have strong pedagogical and communication skills. Good collaboration abilities, attentiveness, and the capacity to work in teams with an open mind and flexibility are crucial. Significant emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
We plan to conduct interviews on-site in Malmö during weeks 49 and 50.
