We are two Circle K stations (Märsta & Täby Kyrkby) currently seeking a store manager for each of our teams. Märsta is one of Circle K's highest-grossing stations, fully operational with Pizza Hut, EV charging, car rental, and car wash, serving a constant flow of customers around the clock. Here, the right leader has the chance to create a true success story. Täby Kyrkby is a smaller station with a strong focus on trailer rentals, car washes, and world-class customer experiences. The station is open from 06:00 to 22:00.
Both positions are permanent with an initial probationary period. You will have great opportunities for development and, above all, the chance to inspire others to grow along the way! You and your team will work together on the daily routines associated with the station, with one thing in common: The customer is always the focus! Our current Store Managers have an average salary of 38,140 SEK/month. Your exact salary level will be based on your previous experience in retail and leadership. The position is also currently eligible for a car allowance of 2,100 SEK/month and a quarterly bonus. Does this sound interesting? About you:

* You have at least two years of leadership experience in service, retail, or the restaurant industry.
* You have documented sales experience with good results.
* You have experience working in a larger chain.
* You have at least a high school education or equivalent.
* You are at least 18 years old and have a B driver's license for manual cars.
About the position:
* Working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday, with a 40-hour workweek.
* Collective agreement for salaried employees from Unionen.
