A Day as Store Manager
The day begins with you and your team ensuring that the store is inviting and ready to welcome customers. You set sales targets, plan the day, and stay updated on the latest product launches and campaigns. You might later have a meeting with me to review results and focus areas, or a development discussion with an employee. Soon it will be time to meet the day's first customer and create a first-class experience together with the team.

As Store Manager, you have overall responsibility for the store's daily operations and team development. You lead your team by being an inspiring role model and actively work to create an inclusive and motivating work environment. Together, you strive to achieve set goals, both in sales and customer satisfaction.
