We are seeking a support pedagogue for the group home at Brunnsvägen 41E according to the LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). We are now looking for a support pedagogue for functional support. As a support pedagogue, you will be primarily based at the group home, but you will work closely with your unit manager, be part of the workgroup, and participate in the daily activities for those we serve.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The support pedagogue serves as a support function within the workgroup to plan, implement, evaluate, and analyze the educational work. The main task involves supporting and motivating clients in daily activities to enhance their independence according to each individual's abilities.
The role of the support pedagogue also includes monitoring the sector and participating in the implementation of new knowledge within the organization. You will assist colleagues in establishing and following up on individual execution plans as well as documentation in accordance with existing legislation. The role also includes collaboration with the individual, representatives, relatives, and other persons in the individual's network.
As a support pedagogue, you will also be part of a network with all support pedagogues within the operational area, where the network's objective is to strengthen pedagogical competence and further develop evidence-based methods for the sector. The job also includes administrative time.
You will work according to a schedule with varied hours, including both days, evenings, and weekends.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has:
• A vocational qualification of 200 credits as a support pedagogue, or at least 60 higher education credits with a focus on functional impairment or social work.
• At least one year of experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities and autism.
• Good knowledge of applicable legislation regarding documentation according to LSS and social services law.
• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish.
• Proficiency with computers.
• A valid driving license and good driving experience.

You have no problem working independently, but you recognize that good teamwork is essential for the development of the workgroup. You are creative and adaptable, and you have a pedagogical and motivating approach towards both colleagues and residents. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
