We are seeking a specialist with expertise in the autism spectrum who wants to contribute to increased quality, structure, and shared understanding in our operations! About the Job As a support pedagogist with a special assignment, you will be part of the management team and work closely with support pedagogists, employees, and management. You will play a crucial role in connecting practical daily work with strategic organizational development. The position is located in our facilities in northeastern Gothenburg. Responsibilities include: · Supporting support pedagogists in work with implementation plans, documentation, and methodological issues. · Working consultatively and in close collaboration with method developers to strengthen and develop pedagogical work. · Conducting targeted interventions and providing concrete support at units when needed. · Participating in management groups with unit managers and operations manager, and contributing to strategic forums. · Assisting in the introduction of new support pedagogists and providing support during vacancies. · Responsible for leading regular meetings with support pedagogists within each management group. · Following up and developing routines, templates, and methods for an equivalent and quality-assured approach. · Monitoring developments in the pedagogical field and introducing new knowledge into the operations. · Following up, analyzing, and developing routines, templates, and working methods for increased equivalence and quality. · Serving as a link between support pedagogists, units, and management to ensure good communication, shared goals, and a quality-assured approach for the target group. Qualifications The position requires post-secondary specialization in disability support, comprising at least 200 vocational education credits, 120 higher education credits, or 60 higher education credits and at least two years of experience working with support and services for people with disabilities. The education should include relevant credits in behavioral science, pedagogy, psychology, social work, and (psychiatric) care, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. We are seeking someone with extensive experience working with individuals in the autism spectrum, who has combined pedagogical support with everyday care. You have previously worked as a support pedagogist or in a similar role and are experienced in leading groups. You thrive in a role where you support, guide, and inspire others. You have good knowledge of pedagogical methods and approaches: LAB (Low Arousal Approach), MI (Motivational Interviewing), IBIC (Individual Needs in Focus), ESL (A Independent Life), and Clarifying Pedagogy. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, which requires approved grades in Swedish 1, Swedish as a Second Language 1, or equivalent. Candidates who do not meet the qualification requirements may be offered a language test through Educateit. It is important that you have good computer skills and are comfortable working with various IT support. Experience in leading operational meetings, coaching work groups, and contributing to development towards a shared approach is considered meritorious. You adapt your communication style to the recipient and encourage dialogue, participation, and engagement. You are motivated by clearly defined goals and can transform them into concrete action. Focused on the goal, you can reprioritize work under changing circumstances or needs. You communicate information and ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing, ensuring your message is understood. You can see your work as part of a larger context and understand how it affects and is affected by other parts of the organization.
