Your Responsibilities
The role involves providing support to individuals with varying disabilities. This position entails working within a team where we assist individuals in their homes with all matters related to their personal care.
We focus on motivational work to strengthen and maintain each individual's abilities in daily life. The work is characterized by a social perspective where the needs of the individual are at the center. In your role, you will support individuals in achieving a good quality of life based on their individual needs. Your support makes a difference and is invaluable!
Working hours vary between day and evening shifts and two weekends out of four. We offer you the opportunity to choose the desired percentage of work hours. One of the positions includes certain shifts at another workplace within the unit, i.e., a combined role. The need for both positions is around 70%, but you are offered the chance to work up to 100% if you wish. However, this may involve working at multiple locations.
We can offer a varied profession where no two days are alike. What remains consistent is the energy and joy our residents bring us in our daily work.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with relevant training to work with individuals with disabilities, such as leisure leaders, treatment pedagogues, students from social programs with a focus on behavior, nursing assistants, or education in social work. The position also requires prior experience in similar work.
To succeed and thrive in this role, you must be able to work independently and be flexible in your approach to work. You should have good self-awareness and be secure in yourself. We place great importance on good collaborative skills and empathy. We want you to have a genuine interest in people and the ability to see solutions and opportunities.
The position requires basic IT knowledge and the ability to work with the systems we use for documentation and more. Since we work with social documentation, it is important that you can express yourself both in writing and verbally in Swedish.
