The first store opened in Jönköping in 1989, and the business continues to expand with the goal of establishing itself in more cities and continuously developing. Today, the organization consists of over 700 dedicated employees and is in an exciting growth phase! ABOUT THE ROLE Blomsterlandet Luleå is a well-established store that has been operating for over 20 years. The store is located in Storheden, one of the city's largest shopping areas, and has an annual turnover of approximately 35 million SEK. The team consists of 8-14 employees of various ages – a committed group that together creates an inspiring store environment and offers our customers knowledge, service, and joy of plants. We are now seeking, on behalf of our client, someone who wants to join this journey and take on the role of Acting Store Manager in Luleå at 75%. In the role of Deputy Store Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations and ensure that the flow of goods to the store runs smoothly. You will lead and coach the employees on a daily basis and actively contribute, together with the store manager, to developing the store's working methods and achieving shared goals. The store is open on weekdays from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on weekends from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position involves working varying hours throughout the store's opening times. TASKS • Organize, prioritize, and distribute the daily work • Support employees and ensure a well-functioning flow of goods • Be responsible for sales planning, orders, and workplace safety • Schedule staff and plan staffing for the best customer experience • Work in accordance with Blomsterlandet's values and be an inspiring role model. ABOUT YOU • Have experience in retail, with at least one year of responsibility for a department • Positive, receptive, and solution-oriented • Enjoy leading, inspiring, and motivating others • Engaged and clear in expectations for the team • Structured and organized with a good ability to prioritize • Experienced in switching between administrative and practical tasks in the store • Focused on creating an amazing customer experience and spreading joy in plants • Interest in plants, flowers, and gardening is an advantage We are looking for someone with the right attitude, drive, and desire to develop.
