JOB DESCRIPTION

Your main responsibilities will involve providing care, assistance, and support to our elderly based on each individual's needs. The services performed will provide security and meaning for our elderly residents. It is especially important for us that you feel comfortable and secure with your tasks as you substitute for regular staff in case of their absence. We will give you a thorough introduction alongside training in medication management.

The positions are temporary contracts for six months with a start date as per agreement.
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements:
• At least 18 years old.
• Driver's license.
• Proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:
• Previous experience working in care and support.
• Care and support program at the high school level or equivalent training/experience deemed relevant by the employer.
