About the job
To thrive in this role, you need to enjoy ongoing quality assurance of data, both by diving deep into the data itself and through dialogue with various colleagues across the organization. You should also have an interest in IT systems and be curious about when and how source data is entered and how the systems are structured. You will be part of the Statistics Production unit within the Analysis Department, focusing on continuous quality assurance of data, among other tasks.
You will work at our office in Rissne, Sundbyberg.
Responsibilities
• Be part of Sida's unit for statistics, data, and analysis, focusing on collecting, quality assuring, visualizing, and reporting data and statistics about Sweden's aid.
• Provide user support to units within Sida and foreign missions.
• Work on disseminating information to various stakeholders (researchers, journalists, the public).

Qualifications
Education
• Academic degree or equivalent academic training or other education deemed relevant by the employer.
Languages
• Good or very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Work experience and skills
• At least 3 years of experience in quality assuring data and reporting statistics.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
• Experience working with SQL.
• Experience with Swedish aid statistics.
• Experience communicating statistics in various formats.
• Experience in project management, coordination responsibilities, etc.

Good to know
This position is a permanent employment with a start date in January 2026. A probationary period applies.
