It is to one of these fuel stations that we are now seeking a Station Manager! About the Station Manager Role Are you a driven and committed future Station Manager at Preem? We are looking for someone who wants to help develop an obvious and pleasant meeting place at our station in Lidingö. This is a temporary position expected to last approximately one year. Despite this, we hope you have a long-term approach to leadership and a sense of responsibility that promotes the business in the long run. As a Station Manager at Preem, you will have full responsibility for profitability, sales, and running your station as if it were your own, while also having the opportunity to represent a well-known and strong brand in the industry. You will follow Preem's store concept and receive support from Preem for business management, HR, marketing, administration, assortment, category management, store environment, and training. As a station manager, you are responsible for personnel, recruitment, purchasing, and regulatory requirements for the store operations. You will drive sales and activities related to campaigns, budget, results, and service. In addition to being able to rely on Preem employees, there is also an established network of franchisees and station managers within Preem who share experiences. Previous experience in running your own business is highly meritorious. You should have at least a high school education.
