Responsibilities: As a station manager, you will have overall responsibility for the station and lead operations based on set goals. You will plan resources, schedule, follow up on results, and ensure that the station operates efficiently and profitably. Your role includes, among other things: • Being present in daily work and participating in inspections. • Leading, coaching, and developing your team towards common goals. • Being responsible for staffing, scheduling, and the station's opening hours. • Following up and developing operations to enhance customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and profitability. • Building and maintaining relationships with both private and corporate customers. • Ensuring that work meets the requirements for an accredited operation. Location: Nyköping Your Profile You have experience in leadership and are confident in the role of manager. You are action-oriented, inspiring, and have a strong ability to create engagement among your employees. You have an interest in vehicles and technology, are business-minded, and always prioritize the customer experience. Requirements: • Technical knowledge of vehicles • B driver's license Meritorious: • Experience in the inspection industry • Experience with budgeting and finance • Previous managerial or supervisory experience Please note that we conduct background checks on final candidates in the recruitment process.
