As a Station Manager at Bilprovningen, you'll have the opportunity to combine business responsibility with social benefit. Here, you will be responsible for three stations that contribute daily to increased traffic safety and a more sustainable future. In this role, you'll drive development, create top-tier customer experiences, and build a work environment where people feel comfortable and grow.
In this position, you'll manage three stations: Gothenburg, Torslanda, and Mölndal, with personnel responsibility for 12 committed inspection technicians. The focus is on customer satisfaction, efficiency, and employee well-being. You'll work closely with your team to create a work environment where everyone feels involved and motivated to deliver the best possible service.

• Guarantee a customer experience characterized by professionalism, service, and care
• Lead and develop employees by creating a pleasant and inclusive work environment
• Plan and optimize station operations and resources to meet customer needs
• Participate operationally in the business

Your Profile
You have experience in leadership and personnel management, preferably from a service-oriented industry. As a leader, you are confident, present, and skilled at creating engagement among your employees. You are customer-focused and have an eye for improving customer experience, and you enjoy a role that combines structure and creative thinking. We prefer candidates with experience in the automotive industry, but above all, we seek someone with a strong interest in service and leadership. A standard driver's license is required; other licenses are a plus. The stations inspect light and heavy vehicles as well as motorcycles and welcome your interest in certifying yourself in these vehicle classifications.
