Pauser Media is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our office in central Lund. In this role, you will engage in B2B sales via phone, providing strategic knowledge to decision-makers in both the private and public sectors. The products you will sell include our digital news services and trade magazines in areas such as sustainability, leadership, and IT.
You will receive a fixed base salary according to a collective agreement, plus commission from your very first sale. We offer training, coaching, and tools to help you succeed—whether you are new to sales or looking to take the next step in your sales career.

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who:
• Is social, engaged, and driven.
• Has good communication skills and enjoys working in a team.
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish.
• Has the desire to develop—previous sales experience is a plus but not a requirement.
