About the Position
We are now seeking a Human Resources student for the part-time Staffing Admin Assistant role. As a Staffing Admin Assistant, you will be part of Adecco's Workforce Management Team, a central function supporting the entire organization and its customers nationwide. You will gain valuable insight into many of our exciting customers and their operations across the country, ranging from large global companies to smaller local businesses. You will primarily work administratively and be involved in many areas related to personnel administration and staffing. You will also have the opportunity to participate in consultant recruitment!
Your work tasks will include:
- Answering phone calls and emails from consultants, customers, and colleagues.
- Recruitment.
- Staffing and management of sick leave.
- Administration.
Work hours will be scheduled for mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends, covering Adecco's on-call service outside of regular office hours. The work will be done from home with an initial introduction at the Stockholm office. You will work approximately 2-4 days per week. Work shifts will vary between weekdays 05–09, 17–00, and weekends 13–24. There are also standby shifts (work as needed), with hours 00-05, 00-07, and 07-13.
We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible and work on an ongoing basis.
About You
We believe you are studying Human Resources and have at least 1.5 years left in your studies. We also think you thrive in a high-paced work environment and have a background in recruitment, for example, as a recruitment assistant. The position will primarily be administrative in nature, so we are looking for someone who is meticulous and enjoys keeping things organized. As a person, we believe you are service-minded, attentive, structured, solution-oriented, and have a proactive approach to your work. Having an interest in recruitment is a merit!
Requirements for the position are:
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
- Studying HR at least 50% of the time.
- At least 1.5 years left in your studies.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and early mornings.
- Previous experience in recruitment is a plus.
You must be able to work 2-4 shifts per week, including during the summer.
