About this role
We are looking for a solution-oriented IT technician who wants to help develop and advance our technical environment. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working hands-on, solving problems, and has the ability to see the bigger picture.
BGA is a growing e-commerce company with stores, multiple warehouses, and production, which means a varied and dynamic IT environment where no two days are the same.
As an IT technician with us, you will be responsible for:
• Installing, configuring, and updating computers and workstations
• Inventorying and maintaining hardware, software, and peripherals
• Ensuring stable network functionality and installing networks as needed
• Troubleshooting and providing internal IT support to stores, offices, and warehouses
• Assisting in planning and developing our IT infrastructure
• Participating in upgrades and implementations of new systems
• Creating order, structure, and documentation within the IT environment
We are looking for someone who is practical, confident in technology, and enjoys taking responsibility for ensuring things work smoothly. You don’t need to be an expert in everything — the most important thing is that you have a broad technical understanding, are curious, and want to build smart and sustainable solutions together with us.
The position is part-time, approximately 50% to start with, but the scope may increase over time as the business needs grow. Travel may occur between our stores, warehouses, and offices as needed.
