About this role

Public Dental Care Region Norrbotten (TKC) improves dental health for children and adults through preventive measures and offers general and specialist dental care. We participate in the education of future dental personnel and also invest in research. Our shared vision is a healthy mouth at all ages. Specialist Dental Care in Region Norrbotten offers specialist dental services across all specialties. Additionally, Public Dental Care provides an extensive specialist training program. We are currently seeking a dentist for a specialist training position to obtain specialist qualification in occlusal physiology. The training, which encompasses clinical, theoretical, pedagogical, and scientific knowledge acquisition, will be conducted in accordance with the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations (HSLF-FS 2017:77) for dentist specialist service and spans at least three full-time years. We are seeking candidates who: - Have a dental license issued by the National Board of Health and Welfare - Have been active as a general dentist for at least two years - Have a goal-oriented interest in occlusal physiology Clinical service at an occlusal physiology clinic, research, or other professional development will be particularly meritorious. You plan and organize your work efficiently, meet deadlines, and can prioritize effectively. Training will be located at the Specialist Clinic for Occlusal Physiology, Dental Competence Center in Luleå. Currently, we have 11 specialist trainees. You will have close contact with other specialist training dentists. Patients are referred from dental care throughout the county, including both private and public dental services, and extensively from healthcare.
