WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL INVOLVE • Together with the Store Manager, you'll be responsible for our JYSK store in Strömstad. • You'll ensure weekly campaigns, sales attitude, and a positive, energetic work environment. • You'll support the store manager by communicating, leading, and coaching the store team. • You'll conduct sales training with store employees. • You're happy to roll up your sleeves and help where needed, from receiving goods to sales. WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE • Experience leading, motivating, and developing a team • Ability to inspire and communicate to create a positive work climate • Passionate commitment to sales and customer service • Efficiency and composure, even in stressful situations • Result-focused with a drive to always improve • You enjoy having a day off mid-week, so you can be ready for customers and your team during the weekend • A desire to develop your leadership.
