The Logistics Unit at the Göta Engineer Regiment is now seeking an employee for the position of Deputy Department Head in the Supply Department.
Main Responsibilities
As Deputy Department Head in the Supply Department, you will lead the daily operations together with your immediate supervisor. This includes planning, distributing, and following up on incoming work tasks while being responsible for the department's internal routines. You will contribute to the organization's forward development and participate in production meetings and other decision-making meetings within the Logistics Unit. The position includes a brief assignment as Acting Department Head. More details about this will be discussed during the interview process.
Requirements
• 3-year high school education or equivalent knowledge assessed as comparable by the employer
• Previous management experience with personnel responsibility
• Good experience working with the Armed Forces' material processes and material supply
• Strong administrative skills
• Class B driver's license
Merits
• Previous management position in the logistics functional area
• Previous management position in logistics within the Armed Forces
• Experience with the Armed Forces' material reporting systems LIFT and PRIO

Additional Information
Work Location: Eksjö, but work at other locations and international service may occur.
Employment Conditions: Heavy lifting and outdoor work in all seasons may be required.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, with potential evening and weekend work.

Salary: Individual salary setting applied
Employment: Full-time, beginning with a six-month probationary period
