About the Role As a setter, you will work to ensure efficient and high-quality production. You will be responsible for setting up and changing tools in injection molding machines, optimizing process parameters, and ensuring that production meets established quality requirements. Responsibilities • Prepare, set up, and change tools • Fine-tune and optimize process parameters • Start up, adjust, and monitor machines according to production orders • Perform troubleshooting and take necessary actions during operational disruptions • Documentation and settings • Closely collaborate with quality and production departments • Follow routines and safety regulations for a safe work environment • Create, adjust, and maintain robot programs Qualifications We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology and production who enjoys varied and practical work. To succeed in the role, we are looking for someone who has: • Experience working as a setter in injection molding • Good knowledge of injection molding processes, plastic materials, and tool handling • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize machine settings • Understanding of quality systems, documentation, and meticulous work Additional merits: • Technical education in plastics, production, or maintenance technology • Experience with industrial automation or control systems A driver's license and access to a car are required for transportation to and from the workplace.
