About us
The Infectious Diseases Clinic provides specialized infectious disease healthcare in Halland and is located at Hallands Hospital Halmstad.
The clinic consists of a care ward and a specialist outpatient clinic, offering both emergency and planned outpatient services. The clinic also conducts extensive consulting services within the hospital and directed towards other parts of the healthcare system. The infectious diseases ward has 20 beds for patients with severe infections or contagious diseases requiring isolation. Currently, about 70 employees work at the clinic, including 10 specialist doctors and 2 residents.
The clinic has a good reputation and operates effectively. We have engaged employees and a stable group of doctors who collaborate closely with other professionals.
About the job
As a resident physician with us, you will perform standard tasks in both the outpatient clinic and inpatient ward. The role also includes on-call duties. The clinic has a positive educational environment, and you will receive guidance from experienced colleagues.
Your profile
We are looking for a licensed physician.
As a person, you are calm, stable, and capable of planning and structuring your work. You are curious and take initiative, possess high social competence, and consider it a given to interact with patients and colleagues in the best possible manner. Furthermore, you find it easy to collaborate, are flexible, and have strong communication skills. You contribute a positive attitude towards work and foster a good working climate. Personal suitability is of great importance.
