About Us
The Psychiatric Clinic is part of the Psychiatry and Disability Division. Our mission is to provide specialized psychiatric care to adult citizens with severe psychiatric health issues in southern and western Södermanland.
The Adult Psychiatric Clinic in Nyköping/Katrineholm (NLN/KSK) is organized across two locations, with approximately 270 employees, including over 20 physicians. In addition to these doctors, around 7 medical interns and residents serve at the clinic during various periods. Katrineholm has an outpatient clinic, while Nyköping offers both outpatient and inpatient services. Both locations have nursing teams, addiction clinics, and emergency services.
Your Responsibilities
Tasks include junior doctor duties such as patient admission and discharge, ward rounds, patient status assessment, documentation/consultations, and medication reviews. Weekend on-call duty may be required during daytime hours.

Your Qualifications
We are seeking a licensed physician, preferably with previous junior doctor experience and an interest in psychiatry.
Excellent Swedish communication skills are required. A B driver's license is desirable, as the service is geographically dispersed. We place great importance on personal qualities.
Employment Terms
We offer a permanent full-time position with start date by mutual agreement.
A probationary period may be applied. A background check will be requested before appointment.
