About this role
Do you want to help shape the future of primary care?
Welcome to Vårdcentralen Tullholmen – Värmland's newest health center! We moved into our modern premises at the end of September and are already thriving.
Here, you will find a workplace focused on learning, development, and collaboration.
Your workplace
At the health center, approximately 25 dedicated employees work together: doctors, district nurses, registered nurses, social workers, psychologists, medical administrators, nursing assistants, operations managers, and a unit manager. We also have close collaboration with physiotherapists, medical foot care therapists, and rehabilitation coordinators.
Vårdcentralen Tullholmen is a training health center with a strong emphasis on learning and development. Our general practitioners actively mentor residents in their foundational and specialist training. Our specialist trainees also serve as mentors for other training doctors, creating a dynamic and stimulating environment.
We offer:
- A stimulating training environment focused on mentorship and professional development.
- A competent and engaged team with strong cohesion.
- Opportunities to influence and develop our operations.
- Secure employment with a collective agreement and attractive benefits.
We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to this exciting development alongside our dedicated specialists and other staff members.
Your responsibilities
As a specialist trainee, you will be responsible for your own patients and follow them through all stages of life. You will work with your own clinic and follow-up care. You will be part of a team alongside your mentor and other staff. We maintain good and close contact among our various professional roles, which is an important part of our operations. Together with inpatient care and municipalities, we will continue to work towards seamless care for our shared patients.
Your skills and competencies
We are looking for a licensed physician who wishes to start or continue their specialist training in general medicine and has an interest in mentorship and education.
As a person, you need to have an interest in teamwork and a desire to provide high-quality, accessible, and continuous care. You should be self-assured and possess good self-awareness. You have the willingness to work in an environment characterized by collaboration, development, and quality.
