We have approximately 8,200 listed patients representing a cross-section of modern Swedish society. We have specialist clinics for diabetes and elderly care, among others. Our organization consists of doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, psychologists, counselors, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and medical secretaries. The Child Healthcare Center (BVC) is part of the Samovaren family center, which closely collaborates with preschools and other specialists in children's development and health. In addition to BVC, we offer open preschool, social counseling, and maternity care. We are committed to developing local healthcare in the municipality and have medical responsibility for approximately 220 care beds, distributed across four facilities - one in Åkarp and three in Arlöv. Through an ongoing development and improvement process, there is an opportunity to be involved and drive the operation forward. We work from a team perspective to ensure our patients have good accessibility with high medical safety. At the Arlöv Healthcare Center, we focus on patient needs. We also value our employees' personal development and enable internal career paths. We have begun working more team-based around our patients, a process important for both our employees and patients.
