About the Role
As Cleaning Service Manager, you will have a key role in leading and developing our cleaning service operations. You will become the manager of a team of approximately 50 employees – a business that has emerged from the "Qvinna i Botkyrka" initiative, where we offer long-term unemployed women with foreign backgrounds a path into working life. The department will be organizationally moved from HR to Management, where you will become part of the management team. Together with the team leader, you will build an operation characterized by pride, care, and high quality – for both employees and tenants.
The operations include cleaning of stairwells, entrances, and premises, as well as litter collection outdoors in our residential areas. You are responsible for ensuring these tasks are performed with high quality and safety, and that employees are satisfied and develop in their roles.
Your Responsibilities
• Lead and plan daily work within cleaning services
• Ensure quality, routines, and safety are always at a high level
• Responsible for budget, resource planning, and follow-up
• Support and develop employees in their professional roles
• Drive improvements that strengthen both work environment and customer satisfaction
Who Are You?
You are a secure and inspiring leader who thrives in a daily environment where both people and structure are central. You have post-secondary education in property management or equivalent, and several years of experience leading cleaning or similar operations. As a person, you are clear, considerate, and relationship-building. You are motivated by seeing others grow and find joy in creating a safe, fair, and pleasant work environment.
• Experience with budgeting and results follow-up
• Experience with recruitment and labor law

• Class B driver's license
We Offer
We offer a generous wellness allowance, healthcare insurance, and flexible working hours with a 38-hour work week. The position is a permanent employment with start date according to agreement. Botkyrkabyggen is a smoke-free workplace.
