Your New Job
As a support educator, you will primarily be there for our citizens. In the role, you will use digital systems like Inprint to create materials supporting citizens during interventions. The assignment is flexible and varied, meaning you will work in different environments and meet many people daily. You will work using evidence-based methods such as motivational interviewing (MI), clarifying pedagogy, and low-affective approaches to support, motivate, and guide both citizens and staff. You will also support developmental work in social documentation and implementation plans. Using alternative and complementary communication (AAC), you will create conditions for citizens to express themselves and influence their daily lives. You will follow developments in the field and contribute to continuous organizational improvement by sharing new knowledge and inspiring innovative work methods. Collaboration will occur both internally and externally to create the best possible daily support for citizens.
