We are Currently Seeking Multiple Support Educators Who Will Have the Opportunity to Manage and Further Develop Our Operations! About the Position The youth will need your support in their daily life, which includes help with morning routines, transportation to school, accompanying them to activities, cleaning, hygiene, baking, and motivating school attendance. We place great emphasis on guiding and strengthening each individual's ability to live an independent life through our pedagogical work. You will be part of a work group where collegial support is important and where good collaboration skills are required. We also work closely with guardians, schools, and other instances. Here you are offered an independent job with significant responsibility. Your mission is to create a secure living environment and provide youth with good conditions for a meaningful daily life and stimulating leisure time, using structure and individual solutions. We work and are guided using methods like Low Affective Approach and the Functional Perspective. We also have the opportunity to be guided through Motivational Interviewing (MI). Work times include day, evening, and overnight shifts. Your Tasks Will Include: - Supporting children in their daily activities - Ongoing contact with schools, child and adolescent psychiatry, guardians, school transportation, etc. - Developing operations, documenting, mentoring, developing image support and AAC - Ensuring and improving housing quality Our Offer: We offer you an opportunity to be part of our journey and develop an operation from the ground up. About You: For this position, you need to: - Be educated as a social worker, behavioral scientist, or support educator - Be trained in AAC - Be trained in autism - Have excellent Swedish language skills, both written and spoken - Hold a driver's license for manual vehicles with driving experience - Have multiple years of experience with the target group It is also meritorious if you have: - Training in low affective approach - Training in dealing with aggression and violence - Worked with children/youth/young adults You need to be comfortable working independently since colleagues are not always present. You should have high personal maturity as you will handle children with significant support needs, be flexible with changes and different situations, and be empathetic in your approach.
