Support Educator for our LSS Residences

We are looking for someone who wants to contribute both heart and expertise to our LSS residences on Skomakargatan, Löpargatan, and Spinnaren. As a support educator, you are an important part of an engaged team alongside support assistants and the unit manager. Together, we work to ensure that our users can live as independently as possible, with support tailored to the individual's own circumstances, strengths, and dreams. We operate based on IBIC (Individual Needs in Focus), where you will help design and follow up on implementation plans and ensure that social documentation is of high quality. In your role, you will also be a knowledge bearer, someone who: • Inspires reflection, development, and good working methods. • Leads method development and drives improvements. • Supports colleagues in working evidence-based and structured. Here, you will work closely with other professionals and help create an environment where learning, innovation, and engagement can thrive! **QUALIFICATIONS** • Holds a qualification as a support educator or another equivalent educational background. • Has experience in planning, implementing, and following up on educational work. • Experience with IBIC and documentation within LSS. • Communicates clearly both verbally and in writing. • Proficient in using computers and working with various operational systems. • Holds a valid B driver's license.
