The Psychosocial Unit is part of the Functional Support area within the Welfare Administration.
Within this unit, decisions are implemented according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons (LSS).
We are now looking for a dedicated and goal-oriented support educator for the Solsidan residence. This position is a permanent employment at 100% with a start date of January 12, 2026, or as agreed upon. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, weekends, and on-call duties.

**Job Responsibilities**
Using a pedagogical approach, you will work together with the client to provide everyday support measures and planned activities. The support measures are based on the client's individual needs, promote independence and participation, and are carried out with respect for the client's integrity and self-determination.
You will be responsible for establishing and following up on implementation plans with the client, as well as other social documentation and various administrative tasks/responsibilities such as scheduling, purchase orders, health, and safety. You will also support your colleagues in the workplace with social documentation and implementation plans.
You will be a resource and support in developing and utilizing individually tailored pedagogical solutions/methods in everyday work, as well as disseminating new knowledge about pedagogical methods within the organization.
The role includes collaborating with the client's network, other staff, and other partners, as well as driving development work forward together with colleagues according to established goals, methods, quality requirements, and other guidelines.
**Qualifications**
We are looking for someone with post-secondary specialization in the area of disabilities, such as 200 YH credits (vocational college) or 60 university credits. The education should have a clear focus on the area of disabilities and/or the behavioral sciences.
To work in care and support, you must be at least 18 years old. It is important that you can professionally meet people based on their individual circumstances and needs. As a person, you are self-driven and resilient under stress, with a focus on the individual. You are empathetic and responsible, and you find it easy to collaborate with others. You possess good social skills and enjoy working flexibly. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Sufficient knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required for the role to communicate with clients, perform care documentation, and obtain medication delegation.
A valid driver's license (Category B) is required for this position.
