About the Operation
Housing Support is part of the Individual and Family Care's Open Care Unit. The Open Care Unit also includes family counselors, youth field workers, Lotsen Activity House, safety hosts, family center coordination, and youth crime prevention team coordination.
Job Responsibilities
Your assignment will involve supporting and motivating individuals based on their needs to help them live as independently as possible. This means providing practical and social support in daily life. Together with the individual, we work towards their individually set goals based on current decisions and implementation plans with the individual's needs at the center.
The work also includes performing family-oriented housing support in collaboration with family counselors. Job tasks include social documentation, updating routines according to joint decisions, and creating implementation plans. Additionally, you will supervise students/trainees and implement methods and working approaches together with the Lead Treatment Secretary.
Qualifications
You should have at least 200 vocational college credits or 60 university credits in social psychiatry, social work, or another education that the employer deems relevant for the position. You should have experience working with adults with mental disabilities such as neuropsychiatric disorders, schizophrenia, psychoses, and comorbidity. Experience working with children and families in vulnerable situations is meritorious.
As a person, you are stable, responsible, structured, and have a good ability to collaborate with other stakeholders. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
You must be able to express yourself fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
Driving License B is a requirement.
A criminal record extract must be presented.
