In addition to your specific areas of responsibility, you are part of the workgroup and perform the same tasks as your colleagues. You serve as a role model for staff regarding pedagogical work and interactions and actively work to ensure that participants have meaningful activities. You will work closely with and on behalf of the unit manager. You will be part of a network with other educators and collaborate with relatives, guardians, and other key individuals to ensure that participants have individually tailored and meaningful activities with opportunities for development. The education should include relevant credits in behavioral science, pedagogy, psychology, social work, and (psychiatric) care, or other training that the employer deems equivalent. Communication is a crucial part of the job, which requires you to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. You should have passed Swedish 1 or Swedish as a second language 1. Those who do not meet the qualification requirements may be offered to take a language test through the testing provider Educateit. We are looking for someone with good knowledge of LSS, SoL, and HSL, and who understands how these laws together govern the organization and how they are applied in daily work. It is advantageous if you have experience planning, creating, and adapting both group activities and individual activities based on participants' needs, conditions, and interests. Experience in creative activities within crafts, such as sewing, textiles, or similar, is also a plus. You who apply are calm and secure even in pressured situations and can make well-founded decisions under time constraints.
