Are you ready to help build something new? We are seeking a support educator for our residential facility with special services for individuals with acquired brain injuries. The Role of Support Educator The residential facility is newly established and targets individuals with acquired brain injuries, which requires special attention to sensitivity, patience, and creativity in work approaches. Communication is a fundamental pillar – both for ensuring residents' well-being and participation, and for creating good cooperation among colleagues. Your Responsibilities: - Plan, implement, and follow up on pedagogical interventions - Strengthen users' independence and participation - Explore and develop communication methods together with residents - Document and evaluate interventions according to current guidelines - Collaborate with colleagues, relatives, and other stakeholders - Participate in the development of the facility Your Profile As a person, you have a natural ability to listen, explore new approaches, and adapt to individual needs. You are self-confident, perceptive in interactions with others, and have a genuine interest in working with people.
