You will also work with and follow up on the implementation of alternative and complementary communication as well as evidence-based models. You work both individually and in groups. To succeed, you will have opportunities for continuous skills development, a structured introduction, and be part of a network with other support pedagogues.

A requirement is also post-secondary specialized training in disability areas equivalent to 60 higher education credits or 200 Vocational Education credits. Upload your grades! Experience working with persons with disabilities is meritorious. The same applies to experience and training in sign communication, low-affective approach, and clarifying pedagogy. In your work, you are present and focus on the individual's needs. Your interest in people is genuine, and you provide good interpersonal treatment. You are patient, flexible, understand the importance of showing respect, and believe in maintaining good relationships with users, relatives, and colleagues. We also believe you are positive, engaged, and enjoy working independently.
