As a support pedagogue in an adapted primary school, you will have primary responsibility for students' care needs and work in close collaboration with other educators in the operation. Laxå Municipality is seeking a support pedagogue with relevant support pedagogue education for an adapted primary school. Together with colleagues and student health services, you will be crucial in creating a safe and educational environment for our students in the adapted primary school. Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for students' care needs • Provide mentorship to students • Work in collaboration with other educators, focusing on individual student needs • Engage in physical activities and pedagogical work • Know and follow the organization's applicable laws, policies, and procedures • Work and document in existing operational systems • Work according to the municipality's overarching development areas and vision Qualifications: Relevant support pedagogue education for adapted primary school Based on your professional background, you have strong knowledge of children's development and learning, and can identify and work with individual needs at organizational, group, and individual levels. You have excellent collaboration skills, are attentive, and communicate effectively with students, parents, and other professional groups. We place significant emphasis on personal suitability.
