About the Support Educator Role (support educator education required)
In the role of support educator, you will provide support and service based on the residents' wishes, both at home and during leisure activities. You will contribute to enabling residents to have an active and meaningful existence. Furthermore, you should be able to address each person's individual needs and conduct pedagogical work accordingly. Since needs vary among users, no two days are alike, which contributes to a challenging and exciting job. You will work closely with users alongside your colleagues and have significant responsibility to drive and develop the pedagogical work in consultation with the operations manager. Some delegated healthcare tasks are included in the work.
About the Coordinator Role
As a coordinator, you will primarily focus on providing support and service based on residents' wishes and ensuring meaningful daily life through a pedagogical approach. You will also handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, staffing, quality improvements, risk assessments, and documentation.
You will closely collaborate with the operations manager and maintain close contact with the employee group. Your role will be central in supporting daily operations. You provide support and service both at home and during leisure activities while developing pedagogical support based on individual needs.
The employment is approximately 90% with work times distributed across weekdays and weekends - day, evening, and sleeping shifts.

As Support Staff, you will work with:
• Providing daily life support for our users
• Typical support tasks included in residential support
Who Are We Looking For?
Preferably with experience from LSS, or with knowledge of pedagogical approach and how to interact with individuals with various disabilities. You are attentive and communicative, understanding that these are crucial tools for good and clear interaction with residents and their relatives. As a colleague, you actively contribute to a positive and progressive work climate. You naturally see opportunities instead of obstacles and have an excellent ability to adapt to new situations. You can work both independently and in a team with your colleagues.
Qualifications:
• REQUIREMENT: Diploma from Support Educator program (200 YH credits or 60 HP in pedagogy)
• Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills, experience with documentation
• Previous experience in leadership roles and natural aptitude for leading and driving development issues
• Experience and knowledge of LSS adult target group 1
Meritorious if you additionally have:
• Experience and competence in clarifying pedagogy, AAC, and low-affective approach
• Experience working with individuals with complex psychosocial behavioral challenges
Employment Terms:
• Employment Type: Permanent, with 6-month probation period
• Work Scope: Approximately 90%
• Work Hours: Rotating 6-week schedule - day, evening, weekend, and sleeping shifts
• Start Date: By agreement, preferring soon
• Collective Agreement: Bound by Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Branch E
