Support Educator Sought for LSS Housing Units

We are seeking you who want to work as a support educator at one of our LSS residential units. Do you want to support our clients to live a meaningful and active life? Then you might be one of our new employees? About the Role and Responsibilities As a support educator, you will work to improve and guide pedagogical work. You are responsible for planning and follow-up, where you, together with our support assistants and pedagogical coordinators, help our clients live the life they desire. The role also includes performing and supporting the work team in social documentation, implementation plans, and other documentation, as well as following up and evaluating interventions. You will work as part of the team where standard work occurs while also serving as extra support for colleagues. In the role of support educator, you will have dedicated time for pedagogical work, which may include guiding employees in challenging work situations, updating yourself on the latest studies in clarifying pedagogy, coaching in documentation, or collaborating with other support educators. About Us Our LSS residential units consist of group and service housing across 22 management areas, where we provide support in clients' daily lives. The schedule involves day/evening/weekend shifts with a full-time measure of 36.33 hours/week. Night shifts may occur at some units.
