The main mission of the Community is to enhance residents' quality of life and their ability to influence their living conditions. Together, the activities of the main mission create the conditions for good health, an attractive, accessible, and vibrant urban environment, rural areas and nature, a safe and healthy indoor and outdoor environment, a rich offering of culture, sports, leisure, and a good infrastructure.
We are restructuring our organization within cleaning services by creating three teams and are now looking for three cleaning team leaders for our new teams. The new organization consists of 80 employees, one unit manager, and three cleaning team leaders. Our mission is to clean operational facilities such as schools, preschools, nursing homes, and offices, among others. We offer a stimulating role with the opportunity to influence and develop cleaning services. You will be part of an engaged team where we value collaboration, quality, and sustainability.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main tasks will include:
• Planning and distributing daily work based on needs-based and priority cleaning
• Introducing and mentoring new employees
• Ensuring that cleaning is performed according to routines, quality requirements, and hygiene standards
• Monitoring work efforts and providing support as needed
• Conducting employee performance reviews
• Ordering and managing cleaning materials and equipment
• Reporting deviations, needs, and improvement suggestions to the unit manager
• Contributing to a positive work climate and a well-functioning work environment
• Maintaining daily contact with clients and visiting each site regularly
• Collaborating with other cleaning team leaders on changes, skills development, and personnel issues
• Implementing welfare technology, needs-based cleaning, and sustainable solutions within cleaning services
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has:
• Experience in cleaning services
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, hygiene routines, and work environment
• Ability to lead and motivate employees
• Good communication skills
• Experience working in a structured and independent manner
