Your new job The group home is located in Skeppsdal, 9 km north of Åkersberga, approximately 2 km from the nearest bus stop. The residence has 8 places and the target group is adults with autism and additional diagnoses. The group home has a daily activity program aimed at individuals who may have difficulty getting to work or new environments. Everyone lives in their own apartments and requires individually tailored support with planning, structure, and execution of daily activities. We also strive to ensure that everyone has a stimulating leisure time with activities based on their needs, such as walks, gym, swimming, etc. All work is permeated by the individual's needs and is based on respect and participation. Alternatively, other education that the employer assesses as equivalent. • B driver's license • Proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. • Good computer skills and basic knowledge of social documentation. Meritorious: • Experience working in LSS operations and knowledge of various diagnoses, including neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPF). • Experience with challenging behaviors • Experience with clear pedagogical approaches and low-arousal responses. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. For this position, you will need to present a valid extract from the criminal record (select work with children within LSS) before an employment contract can be established.
