Your Role with Us

Your Main Tasks Will Involve Providing Individual Support and Care to Our Clients, Developing and Maintaining Abilities and Communication with Respect to Their Disabilities. You Will Support Clients' Participation in Leisure and Cultural Activities, Participation at All Levels – Individual, Group, and Societal – as Well as Their Self-Determination and Personal Integrity.
You Will Be a Contact Person and in This Role Will Be Responsible for Establishing and Following Up Implementation Plans. You Will Also Be Responsible for Social Documentation According to Current Guidelines. When Applicable, You Will Perform Medical Tasks Delegated by a Nurse or Assist Clients with Self-Care.
Who Are We Looking For?
We Seek Candidates Who Are Trained as Nursing Assistants, Childcare Workers, Youth Leaders, or Have Other Secondary Education Considered Equivalent by the Employer. Experience Working with Individuals with Disabilities is Required. Additional Merit Will Be Given for Experience as a Support Assistant, Care-Related Work, or Pedagogical Work within LSS Services. Experience with TAKK, Low-Affective Approach, and AAC is Advantageous. We Also Welcome Experience with Contact Person Roles.
Since the Work Requires Communication and Documentation, We Expect Computer Proficiency and Fluency in Spoken and Written Swedish. Experience with Journal Systems Like LifeCare is Beneficial. Applicants Must Have a B Driver's License.
You Are a Team Player Who Can Also Take Initiative and Make Quick Decisions. You Have a Low-Affective Working Style and Are Stress-Resistant. You Want to Contribute to Increased Quality and Safety and Grow with Us.

About Us
The Care Administration Serves Elderly Individuals, Those Needing Functional Support, and Those Requiring Home Healthcare. The Operation is Divided into Four Areas: Support in Ordinary Housing, Support in Care and Nursing Homes, Health and Medical Care, and Functional Support. The Administration Also Includes a Municipal Unit, National Upper Secondary School, and Assistive Devices Center in Eastern Skåne.
